Working in collaboration with William Matthews Associates, the brief was to deliver 21 century comfort and to function independently off the grid infrastructure.

mstep is providing the energy strategy and MEP design and coordination for this remarkably high specification newbuild home at a unique location on the south coast of England.

This will be achieved through installation of a ground source heat pump, solar and water harvesting, recycling and storage.
