a private residential apartment where the client aimed to transform their current plant area into an office space. this involved the relocation of their incoming gas, electricity, and water utilities. 

​

mstep conducted a site assessment to identify the positions of the existing services and was subsequently assigned the task of creating a design that optimally distributed the existing utilities with the newly proposed locations for the gas and water meters, as well as the electrical distribution board.

 

given the planning restrictions and the building's listed status, this process necessitated close collaboration with the architect, contractors, and utility providers to ensure smooth implementation of the design.
