Science Park is a 32,000 square meter facility situated in budapest, comprising two multi-storey office blocks. the clients sought a detailed analysis of the building's MEP systems energy consumption. given that most of the systems installed are over 20 years old, mstep conducted a comprehensive assessment of the current energy usage and recommended the use of modern, energy-efficient alternatives to lower the building's operational energy costs and decrease carbon emissions. furthermore, it was suggested that adopting a greywater recycling and rainwater harvesting system could reduce the building's water usage by 42%.
