This private family home underwent a full refurbishment and restoration by Edward Williams Architects with the existing two flats becoming a studio and a double floor flat.

mstep designed the MEP systems to increase the overall energy efficiency of the property by removing fossil fuels and replacing with lower emissions systems.

Optimum comfort for the residents will be achieved with a ventilation system which delivers hot and cold air to each room as required.
