Budapeshta Street is a new high specification residential development in Sofia, Bulgaria and is the new generation development for the new generation of selective and conscious homeowners.  

 

The client CT52’s vision was to develop a distinctive, modern, high-tech building that maximises the health and wellbeing of the occupants, minimises the effect on the environment and provides a harmonious presence in the urban environment. 

 

The project design neutralises the negative aspects of living in a large urban environment including air pollution, noise pollution, inappropriate lighting, low water quality, lack of vegetation amongst others. 

 

The significance and impact of this project was very important in how mstep approached the design. Our solution guaranteed the best indoor air quality supporting the optimal quality living conditions for the residents and maintained low energy consumption therefore reducing the energy and carbon footprint of the development.
