mstep was appointed as M&E consultant to develop the stage 3 MEP design and produce the tender package/employers requirements, including the drawings, schedules and performance specification and tender support and to provide stage 4 design guardianship during the design and build contract.
working closely with Host Architecture we developed a number of options that were tested against the client's aspirations and the budget.
the MEP solution was developed in collaboration with the maintenance team to complement the retained element of the existing system, ensure energy efficient performance and allow for straightforward installation and maintenance.
