officially mstep’s first project, we specified installation of a fan coil unit to provide pre-tempered air into this new sumptuous corten steel conservatory being added to an existing home.

 

mstep provided MEP engineering design and advice for the refurbishment of this private family home in South London, led by Cagni Williams Architects.

A new conservatory was added that is climate controlled by displacement ventilation delivered by a fan coil unit fed from an air source heat pump. The heating and cooling system ensured thermal comfort and removed condensation risk.

mstep provided MEP design and advice in support of the planning application with regards to the energy consumption, sustainability and planning policies.
