mstep and Genius Energy Lab are providing decarbonisation advice and MEP design. By introducing Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP), Photo Voltaic (PV) roof tiles, underfloor heating and partial envelope updates, we expect a 25% reduction of energy costs and over 50% reduction in Carbon emissions.

The project stands to benefit from the domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) over the next seven years, which will offset the full cost of the GSHP installation.
