mstep reviewed the architectural design of 11-15 highbridge wharf in london, assessed the opportunities that the site offers and proposed a number of engineering solutions that complement the design of the building which is inherently low energy. the proposed mep approach responds to the planning requirements and will offer very low energy and low carbon operation when completed.
