mstep produced an Energy Feasibility Study for this interesting modular, contemporary home. The clients’ objective is to lower their carbon emissions by introducing energy efficient systems.

our detailed study advised the client of the best options available on the market for installing solar PV, energy management and a battery backup system. The renewable energy system will remove total reliance on the grid energy.

the installation of an energy management system will allow usage to be monitored and the client will be able to sell unused energy to the grid.

the increase in energy bills will have minimal impact on the client’s energy bill due to low usage of the grid energy.
