the redevelopment of slovenska plaza is set to transform one of budva’s most iconic waterfront sites into a world-class destination for sustainable tourism and residential living.
mstep was appointed to provide environmental engineering, mep and sustainability consultancy at the masterplanning stage, working alongside Make Architects on this €700 million, 200,000m² scheme.
our role focused on embedding long-term performance into the fabric of the development—reviewing local sustainability standards and advising on strategies for co₂ and water neutrality.
the proposed masterplan includes over 1,000 residential units, two hotels, 350 branded residences and a new international conference centre, all designed to enhance public access, preserve more than 100,000m² of green space and support year-round tourism.
this is a bold regeneration vision rooted in climate-conscious design, and we’re proud to play a part in shaping its future.
