josiah is a mechanical engineer with a bachelor’s degree from Brunel University, including a year of industry experience. following his academic pursuits, he gained two years of practical experience as a sales engineer.

subsequently, josiah joined mstep, where he has been involved in a variety of projects; primarily domestic, but also commercial. a significant portion of his work has been in collaboration with renowned housing developer Bellway Homes, focusing on ventilation system design.

josiah thrives on challenging work that stimulates his intellect. he is highly committed to delivering high-quality work while collaborating effectively with other engineers. he values working in a supportive team environment where he can grow professionally and personally. josiah is excited to be part of mstep and looks forward to contributing to innovative engineering solutions that positively impact people's lives.

Outside of work, josiah is passionate about sports, particularly football and Formula 1. he enjoys competitive gaming and spending quality time with his dog.
