In a scenic location at the edge of a gorge in Yerevan, Armenia, the retail franchise IMEX Group is remodelling a previously industrial space into its new, modern and high-spec Headquarters.

mstep is proposing a closed loop ground source heat pump to provide both heating and cooling.

Services will be placed in the space between the new façade and the original concrete frame allowing which will allow for a more streamlined interior.
