Osborne Clarke wished to improve the ventilation to its large event space consisting of two theatre rooms at One London Wall. The firm regularly hosts large client events and, as a result of the pandemic they wanted to ensure the meeting space has the best ventilation rates possible.

mstep produced an assessment report and offered recommendations on how to increase the ventilation rates through retrofit.

The works, completed in April 2023, will ensure optimal comfort for the firm's people and clients.
