This private family home underwent a full refurbishment and restoration by Cagni Williams Architects with the existing two flats becoming a studio and a double floor flat. 

​

mstep designed the MEP systems to increase the overall energy efficiency of the property by removing fossil fuels and replacing with lower emissions systems. 

​​

Optimum comfort for the residents will be achieved with a ventilation system which delivers hot and cold air to each room as required.
