mstep carried out a feasibility study for the upgrade of the appletree court council offices to assess the suitability of converting the existing services for an open plan office over cellular offices.


a site visit was carried out to assess the condition of the existing services for heating, ventilation, lighting and small power. from this it was determined what services could stay as they, what would need to redistribute and any additional services that would be added.

mstep worked closely with the architect and structural engineer to ensure all changes are coordinated and have minimal impact on the existing building.
