quadrangle tower

mstep is delighted to be delivering the retrofit of the 22-storey tower adjacent to hyde park on behalf of the Church Commissioners for England, in collaboration with Atomik Architecture.

 

originally constructed in 1960, the building has not undergone any significant upgrades since its completion. as part of the works, the quadrangle will be re-clad to preserve tenant views while minimising heat gain and loss through the façade.

 

mstep is currently undertaking detailed thermal modelling and option analysis, working closely with the design team to ensure the delivery of an optimised new façade.
